PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, USING, OR ACCESSING ANY PART OF THE FUN CALL MOBILE APPLICATION.
The following terms and conditions govern your use of the FUN CALL mobile application (the "Application") and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading or using the Application, accessing the Services, or submitting any information through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
I. OVERVIEW AND DISCLAIMERS
The FUN CALL Application and Services allow users to initiate telephone calls while changing their voice in real time. The initiating user is a participant in every call.
The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
Some features of the Services may be available free of charge. Additional features may require purchases. Refunds are not guaranteed, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
You are solely responsible for:
- All calls you initiate using the Services
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
- Ensuring the recipient of the call is not offended by the content
Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
- Defraud or deceive others
- Cause harm or obtain value unlawfully
- Send obscene, indecent, or abusive content
- Harass, threaten, annoy, or repeatedly call any person
- Use the Services for commercial purposes
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and must not initiate calls to anyone under 18.
FUN CALL strictly prohibits calls to:
- Emergency services
- Healthcare facilities
- Government agencies or officials
- Law enforcement
- Schools
- Premium-rate or charged numbers
Violation may result in account termination and legal consequences.
II. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration
Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including email and mobile number, and to keep this information updated.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who:
- Violates these Terms
- Misuses the Services
- Engages in unlawful or abusive behavior
Payments & Billing
- New users may receive free calling credits
- After credits are used, users may purchase additional credits
- Purchases include subscriptions or top-ups
Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are governed by Google Play and App Store policies.
Refund requests must be emailed to support@funcall.app with your registered mobile number.
III. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
FUN CALL Technologies may modify these Terms at any time by updating them in the Application. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
IV. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property—are owned by FUN CALL Technologies.
V. APPLICATION LICENSE
License Grant
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Application
- Remove branding or ownership notices
- Distribute or resell the Services
- Use the Services in a commercial or hosted environment
VI. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may rely on third-party providers including:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
FUN CALL Technologies is not responsible for third-party services or disputes arising from their use.
VII. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
FUN CALL Technologies DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FUN CALL Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
IX. TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Application. FUN CALL Technologies may terminate access without notice for violations.
X. PRIVACY
Use of the Services is governed by the FUN CALL Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
